Refund policy

Damage may occur if you are not careful when using our products.  We will not credit, refund or replace any goods which appear to have been damaged due to misuse or negligence. Parental supervision is recommended.
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you must apply by e-mail within 7 days of receipt of your goods for a return approval to sales@tarata.com detailing the order number and date, and the reason you are not satisfied with the purchase. Include a photo if possible. Your reasons will be reviewed and details of how to return the goods will be provided.  We will at our sole discretion determine if a refund, credit, or replacement is applicable.  Refunds or credits may not include the cost of freight.
